HELL’S CUISINART: The floor is painted dark brown so the roaches won’t show, and that homeless man in the doorway, no, no one’s seen him before. These are selling techniques for unloading an apartment in Hell’s Kitchen and part of the sport in David Caudle’s play, cobbled of five vignettes unfolding in the same urban hulk.
