Synopsis:
Sex, death and dramaturgy take the stage at a mountaintop summer conference for aspiring playwrights and their legendary mentor. The year before, a distraught student took his own life. Now, lightning threatens to strike twice. The gothic conflict also addresses the debate over how much development is too much, and who decides which writers will be supported, and whose work will make it to an audience in this youth-, prestige- and marketing-driven society.
